Montrose player/manager Steven Tweed could include himself in the squad as his side look to beat Stranraer for the second week running.Goalkeeper Sandy Wood, defenders Fraser Milligan and Sean Fleming are all ruled out and midfield duo Hugh Davidson and Terry Masson remain sidelined.

Stranraer's Romauld Bouadji has been ruled out through injury.

Fellow defender Paul Murphy and midfielder Sean Winter are both rated doubtful, but Steven Noble returns.

Montrose player-manager Steven Tweed: "We've done well recently with two wins and I want to keep that going and the best way to do that is by winning again.

"A win would put us to within two points of the top four and it certainly will have been a great idea to bring this game forward if that happens."

Stranraer manager Keith Knox: "Steven Tweed has done a good job at Montrose after the disappointments of last season.

"They have undoubtedly improved, but we have the opportunity to put that right quickly and intend to take it."
